Classical Violin

Trained as a classical violinist, Corey’s repertoire of music has grown very large over her many years in training. She has performed famous violin works such as the Debussy Violin Sonata, Bruch Violin Concerto and the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto. She has also had the opportunity to play more modern works such as Fratres by Arvo Part. During her time at RNCM she was accepted onto the Liverpool Philharmonic Professional Experience Scheme where she played as part of the orchestra and performed a concert with them in May. She won this place after auditioning against other violinists from RNCM with there being only 4 places on the scheme. She is now an extra for the RLPO and is performing with them in March. For more info click here.

As for function events such as weddings and parties, she is available to play both with or without a backing track, she can take you through the popular classics such as Vivaldi’s Spring, Pachabel’s canon and Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, or perhaps you’d prefer Handel’s Water Music or Elgar’s Salut D’amour. All these beautiful classical songs can add class and something a little bit different to any occasion.

If you’d prefer a larger ensemble such as her String Trio who are able to play both popular classics and their own arrangements of pop songs such as All of me by John Legend and Rule the world by Take That, then please visit the String Trio page.
